Methodology
Each run reads an official file or API. A second run updates the same record and does not open a second page.
Processing
The importer stores the raw response apart from the public row. A page exists when the name, the portal, the date and a stable source id are present.
The weekly bulk file keeps incorporation dates inside the downloaded window, at most the last 365 days.
Left out of reports and the widget
The monthly report and the embed widget do not include names of natural persons, street addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses or IP addresses.
They keep counts: day, city, region and legal form.
A filing whose name is only a natural person is listed by entity id. Street addresses are not shown. Reports and the widget do not list person names.
